There are actually a large Actually, not trying to be rude, but from what I have seen/heard, more S4 owners think the S4s lean towards the bassier side. We offer five different ear tips and A LOT of research went into picking the sizing and shapes. I am very sorry to hear that you could not find a fit directly from Klipsch that suited your needs. We really do not mean to exclude anyone.

Getting an upgrade from my S4i's, should I get X10i's or M40's?
Alex L replied to Someone Else's topic in Headphones
Completely different sets of headphones so it is kinda hard to say. If you are going for more views, you probably want to compare the Beats to the Klipsch Mode M40s. -
Well I have no idea what "parasites sound" means but I'm assuming it's not good haha. You will probably need to use your warranty on these one's. From what country did you buy them from and from what store?
-
You can only buy directly from Klipsch in the United States. Please find an authorized Klipsch dealer in your country: http://www.klipsch.com/dealers

You need to deal with the people you bought the headphones from on Amazon. Did you buy directly from Amazon or a 3rd-party dealer on Amazon? Are they an authorized Klipsch dealer? http://www.klipsch.com/authorized-online-dealers

Yup! I made a new post for the tapes' official release: https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/topic/137011-klipsch-reissues-pwks-early-stereo-recordings/

Hey guys, the Klipsch Tape Reissues are now available for purchase! To resurrect a former milestone in audio history, present-day Klipsch representatives have worked with High Definition Tape Transfers (HDTT) to carefully preserve a sampling of Paul W. Klipschs original recordings. Audio enthusiasts can now purchase a KlipschTape as a physical disc or digital download. Also included is a rare 1954 interview with Paul W. Klipsch, as well as the original liner notes that accompanied the tapes. The rest of the official Klipsch press release: http://resource.klipsch.com/pressreleases/klipschtape-release.htm Link to purchase site: http://www.highdeftapetransfers.com/storefront.php

Yes, those are authorized dealers. Many customers report some of our headphones sound much better after burn-in; however, they should not sound as bad as you are describing. It almost sounds like something is malfunctioning. I would advise that you give 800-KLIPSCH a call when you have second.
-
The Reference ONE headphones are designed to sound similar to our Reference line of speakers, offering a more neutral sound than the Image ONEs which tend to be preferred for bass-lovers.
-
Hmm. That is definitely not the normal Image S4i/S4 experience....Where did you buy your headphones from?
-
This is a Klipsch Community forum, meaning that I doubt anyone would suggest you buy from Monster or AKG.... Why not take a look at the line of headphones Klipsch has to offer? http://www.klipsch.com/headphones

Tigerdirect is indeed an authorized dealer (for a full list, go to http://www.klipsch.com/authorized-online-dealers) ...You will have to contact them directly regarding whether they ship to Canada.

S4A Compatibility Issue with Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini
Alex L replied to cruzer_fx's topic in Headphones
Sony Ericsson Xperia phones have propriety technology that forces once to use their bundled headphones. You should contact Sony and express your displeasure with them for doing that. We apologize for the inconvenience ! -
Klipsch Image S4i probably a fake...need administrator help please
Alex L replied to TonyIta's topic in Headphones
Definitely sounds like you have a fake pair of headphones Everyone needs to be VERY WEARY when buying off Ebay. More often than not, it isn't worth it. Sorry! -
That is very weird! Please email feedback@klipsch.com so we can investigate further!
-
The Image ONE and Reference ONE headphones do not completely over your ears. If you are looking for noise canceling headphones, go with the Klipsch Mode M40s!

Where did you buy the Image S4i from?

Actually, i wasn't being a smart alec. I was legitimately asking that the OP try to fit us in during his lunch hour. It sucks to lose one's lunch hour to deal with customer service but that's what I have to do as well for when my other products fail.
-
Calling 800-KLIPSCH will certainly be your fastest option for customer care. Can you squeeze us in during your lunch hour? We would be happy to help!
-
It definitely sounds like you have a faulty set! You can exchange them at Best Buy or contact Klipsch customer support at 800-KLIPSCH
