being a newer member I love to read through many of the forum members signatures. I have listed my Main theater room and just the Pioneer Elite 60 plasma in my living room but I didnt list all the little stuff like I have a RSW10d and Pro Media Computer Speakers another Bluray players and outdoor speakers so on and so forth so I tried to keep it to just the theater room since that is the main thing people look at first IMO. But I second the notion of enjoying reading through everyones toys. If a forum monitor asked me to shave it down I would though.

Perfect Guys Thanks So Much. Ill order 4 KS-525s. as my surrounds

so I'm getting ready to purchase the surrounds and surround back this week I'm definitely going to use KS 525s as my surround backs but I was wondering for my left and right surrounds if I should use the KL 525 or another pair of ks 525s?

Last photo Next weekend will be mounting 3 KL-650s above the tv on the angled ceiling for my L, C, and R and Mounting 2 KL 525s as surrounds and 2 KS-525s as Surround Backs. All with AudioQuest Bi-Wired 48DBS Rocket 88 and TYPE 8 Cable. I enjoy any feed back on the room or suggestions. Thanks guys.

2 KA-1000s Pioneer Elite SC - 55 Pre amp Anthem A5 Power Amplifier Oppo 93 Any thoughts on switching to the oppo 103?? Elite doesn't have a 80" 4k tv out yet and that is what I'm waiting for so for now im thinking stick with this?

Decided to post some more pics of the rooms progression. Note my 3 KL 650s, 2 KL 525s and 2 RS 525s aren't in yet but should be next week. can't wait for next weekend lol.

One last question before i make the purchase. The 25 footers should be perfect but is 14 awg enough for my elite amp and anthem amp? they don't have 12 awg available.

You know it never occurred to me to do that. I have outlets near the amps but i wanted them all plugged into the power centers and voltage stabilizers. I do have access behind the wall my theater room is a secluded room on the 4th floor of our home and it is all accessible behind the walls. I never thought to just getting good quality longer power cords instead of extension cables. I'll buy 5 25 footers from monoprice. I will search for 12 awg. Thanks so much guys this is why i come on here to ask before doing anything lol.

I am running all of my amps on the left side of the theater room and all of my Reference power centers/voltage stabilizers are on the right in 2 separate racks. I was going to run very thick insulated 12 awg grounded extension cords behind the wall of the theater room to the right side where I can connect all the amps and components to the stabilizers etc etc. Anyone have tips on what extension cords I should use? I found some thick 12 awg grounded 25 footers on ebay for 28 dollars a piece and I need 5. Any input before I buy these is always happily received.

Every time I added a Klipsch THX sub I had to literally think out and plan my conversation with my fiance lol. usually she is supportive of the hobby since she loves movies also but she doesnt understand y 1 THX sub wasnt enough it told her Honey look 4 all the way across looks so much better (heh dont care how they look just sound but she doesnt know that lol). I just purchased the rest of the THX Ultra 2 Setup you can imagine the detailed planning that conversation took. Prob took longer than the upcoming installation will.

Hey man, ok I had a similar problem which several of these great forum members helped me through. I also have 4 THX Kw-120s and I had them stacked and placed in front corners rear corners etc. at the end of the day I placed all 4 in a row directly under the television as seen in my last post in regards to me working on my theater room. This by far gave the most deep powerful and balanced output. When these are set up just right my god they deliver. If it is possible place all 4 in a row directly in front of the seating position. I got the idea while looking at the THX brochure in their cinema and it just delivers but of course it isnt ideal for everyone since a lot of people have entertainment units or no space for them. Hope this is an option/helps.
