  1. I've leaned Samsung 8000 series but now I'm considering Sony. I'm doing my basement for a multipurpose dedicated room. I'm still on the fence about projector with a 110" 16.9 or 75" 4K. My room is 21x14. Thought it was wider but not the case after moving in last week. I'm also putting everything on the long wall. I know it breaks all the rules but it just works out better imo. Plus there is a small window I'd have to block which I don't really want to do. So I'm undecided on the video. Really like the 940D full array instead of edge lit like the 850 plus the blacks on the 940 are much better. Also can move right into 4K unlike a projector where true 4k is ridiculously priced. I'll be sitting roughly 11-12 ft away.

I would but its more than I want to pay. They are out there for less.  Already found a mint one for under 400 delivered.

That one is sold? benmurphys is basically brand new. That's a good price for a 10 yr old speaker in a rare color. Good luck in your quest for a cheaper one in that condition.

  3. Why not buy benmurphys in the thread below this one? I wouldn't be too picky on the price especially if it's in mint condition like his. It's got to be the hardest color to find. I'd jump on that in a heartbeat imo.

  4. The 75's arrived yesterday. Hooked them up to my Denon 3312 and spent about an hour listening to various music. I couldn't believe how huge the sound was coming from a bookshelf design. They are so smooth and have some really good bass. I am very impressed with the purchase. These are thee best bookshelf speakers I have ever heard. Now I know why they retailed for $1200. Worth every penny imo. :D

  5. I still haven't told my wife I bought these. Good thing is I just sold my RB61II's to cover some of the cost so maybe she'll go easy on me. Couldn't pass on this deal. I've wanted the 75's for quite some time. Gonna use them for two channel but will work perfect for surrounds or heights with my 7's. Another purchase without hearing them first but not worried as all the reviews have been stellar.

  6. Moved to a new house and unfortunately selling some of my gear. This is my favorite sub that I have owned thus far. It is in like new condition and absolutely beautiful. I still have the original box and packing material for safe transport. They only offer this sub in black now. I know one day I'll regret selling this but a smaller place and a new child... Asking $1800 or best reasonable offer. I know that's a bit expensive for a used sub but again, it's like new, cherry in color and you can no longer get it. Prefer local pickup in Carmichael Ca.

    Sledge or Bash amp?
