  1. I have a similar situation. My cables are abotu 12' and 40'. Cut them to size, don't make them the same length.

    I use this stuff:

11 awg which is much more than you need, but it does not coil up and it lays on the floor very nicely and follows your baseboards.

I buy bananna plugs off of ebay, Here is what I have used for years (and they still look new):

I bought from ebay so don't know about the seller. Throw away the "nakamichi" outer part and use hear shrink to make a pretty wire.

do you order from that Nakamichi link? if so, how long does it take to receive your order?

  2. Have often thought about Oppo, Denon, & other top players. What holds me back is this: for the price of 1 of them, you can buy, 2, 4, or even more of the top of the line Panasonic, Sony et Cetera, & keep the latest model every year, for at least 2 years & with technology improvements. I've got 3 $800 players, 2 still work as designed, but my $100 LG is better than them.

Some people can afford the latest & greatest of all the above, but many more can't. So for those with limited budgets. .

  3. Some guy in Texas is printing ar15 type rifles. Not that I'd own any evil *** ault rifles, but, seems to me a real rifle would look better, feel better, et Cetera.

My guess is he's making them out of the mold so they don't show up with metal detectors. Not good.

    but, NOT illegal

  4. was the guy in Louisiana or AlaBama?

Rigma is heading south from Nashville today. Perhaps he could swing by Reston and grab them. Do you know him?

Too late, Kyle texted me as he was on his way to get them!
