  1. Hello everyone, I’m looking to purchase a nice set of RF-5 (any color but prefer black). I live in south Florida but I’m willing to pay for packing/shipping. Please let me know what you have, thanks!

Hello, any chance your willing/able to ship (south florida)? Please let me know, thanks!
  4. Thanks so much for the info. Yeah, I’m a little leary if shipping big/heavy speakers not knowing how they’ll arrive. I also checked craigslist and couldn’t find any that are still available at the time. Thank you both though for replying!!
  5. Still looking for a set of RF-7’s, RF-7ii’s, RF-5’s or RF-83’s.
  6. Hello, I’ve been looking for a nice set of RF-7ii for a while. I’m guessing shipping is probably out of the question (im in south Florida)? Let me know, thanks!
  7. Anyone else have a black set of RF-7’s, RF-5’s or RF-83’s for sale?
  8. Thanks, yeah I don’t think I’ll be up that way anytime soon. id be also interested if anyone had any RF-7’s if I can’t fine a nice set of 83’s or RF-5’s
  9. Hi Rex, just saw your reply now...any chance you'd be willing to ship them? Not sure when I'll next be out of the state which is why I'm asking. Just let me know, thanks! 😃
  10. Thanks for the info... unfortunately I won’t be going up there anytime soon 😕
  11. Hello everyone. I’m looking for a nice set of Klipsch RF-83 or Klipsch RF-5 in Black. Being able to ship them would be great but I could drive to get them too if not too far away (I live in south Florida). Please let me know what you have, thanks!
  12. Thanks for looking stuff up for me youthman! I live in south florida (pembroke pines area). I've actually never bought anything from craig's list before. Those look like nice ones...just not sure about the shipping and if the boxes are still available. I also saw that there is a nice set of RF-83's close to me...but I think i'm steering more towards the RF-7 and RF-7II.
  13. Bad news guys, my "friend" decided he is not going to sell his RF-7's...he decided to back out of a deal for buying some martin logans so I am SOL!! Well, it looks like I have to start looking on here and ebay, audiogon, etc. to see if I can find a nice set. I'm really bummed about it but I guess this happened for a reason...so....is anyone interested in selling their RF-7's??
  14. I'm pretty sure my bud wants $1000 for them. Just not sure now if I can swing that plus the rc-64 or rc-7 (whichever I can get to brace/fit in my unit). But, I see this purchase as one of my last speaker upgrades for quite a while...at least I have to tell myself that.
  15. Thanks everyone for all the input...i think i'll try to see how it is with the RC-3...but...I think i'm now getting that upgrade bug!...Seeing as how the RC-7 won't work (too tall), I'm trying to think now how I can get the RC-64II to work with my setup. I took a close up of where my RC-3 is residing...I actually looked at my entertainment cabinet and realized that I can actually move the vertical supports (on either side of the RC-3) further out and re-screw them to the top and bottom shelving to accommodate the width of the RC-64. The problem is the weight as i'd be adding 22 pounds to that center section. The center section is already ever so 'slightly' bowing from the RC-3 weight...so, i'd have to figure out a way to support it from the back wall or further brace it to the main sections of the cabinet (right and left side). I just have to figure out the best way of doing this. Does this sound doable or am I crazy? I REALLY want the RC-64 to work now...
  16. I missed you other post youthman...sorry about that...I understand what you mean about the RC-3...not sure what my options are with my setup in the pic above
  17. Thanks for your welcoming! My friend is asking $1000 - he knows what they're worth otherwise he'd probably just ask me for a couple hundred dollars. Always wanted the RF-7's but wasn't sure if my current center would do the trick. I'd go with the RC-7 or even the RC-64 but it's too big for my center channel location (too heavy too). See my attached pic and you'll know what I mean. What do you think of the RF-7's withe the RC-3?
  18. My buddy is getting rid of his RF-7's and I will have first dibs on them if I want them. I currently run RF-3II with RC-3II Center and I wasn't sure if the RF-7 will match properly with my current RC-3. I was figuring that since they are from the same klipsch reference family that they would timbre match, but I wasn't sure if the difference in tweeter/horn size as well as woofer difference would not make them an ideal match. Any thoughts on this setup? Any help is really appreciated! Thanks =)
