  1. Updated. Final price. $1200 + shipping! I'm only going to offer these through the end of Sunday. If they don't sell by then, I'm backing out of the KLF purchase.
  2. Free in-state delivery to forum members!
  3. Downsizing. Older, wealthy Hispanic man moving into a townhouse. He's already switched to a sound bar.
  4. Think more like RB-75 vs RB-61. Maybe not blown away, but solidly superior.
  5. They're 100% perfect and shipping should be safe in the original boxes. They won't be for sale for much longer! I can't keep the KLF seller waiting.
  6. Yeah, it's a few hundred low. I'd say a good price would be around $1600. I'm just trying to unload them to get my KLFs!
  7. Thanks. I understand the Heritage sound, it's just not for me. The eerie thing is that I just started looking for KLFs and then a pair of 30s magically shows up in Denver for the exact maximum $ amount that I'm willing to spend. There hasn't been a pair of the 30s for sale here in years!
  8. I suppose people who enjoy it would call it that. I'd call it wooden and boxy. Quartet being the worst offender.
  9. Well if they aren't, that would be the first heritage I hear that isn't like that.
  10. I think the oak finish would definitely be around $1100, but the walnut could fetch $1300.
  11. Sorry, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like them very much anyway. I can tell that the cabinet is very lively. Also, I've already found and looked at the KLF-30s. They're mint. He bought them new in 2001 and they have no cabinet rattle.
  12. Okay, I found my KLFs so I need to sell the palladiums. Absolute mint condition. No blemishes. Original boxes, packaging, manuals, white gloves, etc. SOLD! I'll add pics later today.
  13. Okay, some KLF-30s popped up in the Denver area. Priced a little high, but look to be in very good condition. Going to see them this afternoon! https://denver.craigslist.org/ele/5788227544.html
  14. Haha, not sure but I always see Heresy's going for more than Quartets.
  15. I disagree with the pricing. Nobody will pay the individual price for each item if you're making them buy the bundle. If you sell everything together, you're not going to get more than $1,000. Probably $800-900 I'd say, sell the RS-62s separately, then sell the rest as a set for $600-700.
  16. I think the RF-83's will definitely fit the bill. 100db/w, 29hz, taller and deeper than the others(more cabinet volume) and I like the aluminum woofers. I'd prefer the KLF-30s over the CF-4s by a small margin, but I guess it's just a matter of whatever comes up first. I don't think I'd be happy with CF-3s, and I'm kinda iffy about going from P17s to KLF-20s too. Probably just continue my hunt for one of the three flagships.
  17. 2-channel only, no sub I want bass as close to 30hz(or lower) as possible and HUGE dynamics. I just want gigantic speakers. The RF-83s are the tallest and are specd down to 29hz, and the KLF-30 and CF-4 are both giant blocks of sonic doom.
  18. Yes. That is definitely a problem for 100lb speakers. I drove to Brooklyn last year for thanksgiving. Thinking about going again.
  19. Ah yes, that actually does make sense.
  20. And does anybody know if the KLF-20s actually do have deeper reaching bass than the KLF-30s? Is it noticeable? Are the 30's still superior?
  21. Yeah, I don't think I would be happy with the Corwalls for very long. Bummer about those 83's! It's going to be a while until I find another pair.
