  1. I went by a La-Z-boy store today, comfortable but kinda big in size. We are really interested in the Seatcraft Grenada . I've order some leather swatches and will make a decision once I can see and feel them.
  2. Did some research on theaterseatstore dot com. They are under a large umbrella company and unfortunately nothing but negative consumer reviews. So, I'll look elsewhere for a seller.
  3. Metro, I believe I misunderstood the "elite" in your earlier post. I just found the model "Elite" made by Palliser. Is this the model that you are referencing? http://www.theaterseatstore.com/palliser-elite-41952?sc=9&category=149
  4. I'm sure in person that rocks the house! Good choice of songs, always love the zoo!
  5. I would suggest that you run some RG59 coaxial to some rear locations into a gang box, just in case you ever wanted to add subs to the back in the future, nice and streamlined.
  6. It was worth the phone call and speaking with Chris at Elite. He was very helpful and courteous even though it was out of my scope for this part of the project.
  7. Why is that? I would think the slight angle would benefit the two outer seat positions...
  8. Thanks Tasdom. I've contacted one of them. Unfortunately, the Elite seats are just that, too expensive for my blood, starts at $1950 per seat. There seats look amazing though!
  9. Just called Elite. Gave the specs that I want and they are sending the quote today.
  10. $2500-3k is the range I'm looking in for 4 seats with power recline. Yes, once you get into the real leather options, the price goes up.
  11. Hence, the word high end = high pricing, very high. The Elite seats are very nice, but very expensive.
  12. We already have a huge sectional in the den that is microsuede, and we just love it. I'm not a huge fan of leather, except in the 80's, lol. I'm kinda leaning towards the Klaussner Studio 43503. Seems to be American made as well which is always a plus! I'm going to order some of the swatches of fabric before making a decision. I have young kids and cup holders are necessary with this guys. Thanks for the great input Guys!! Edit: American, not american. Beer sic.
  13. That's a good feature, didn't think about that, thank you.
  14. Those look good. Here's the two that I have some interest in, but having a tough time finding any reviews specific to the models: OCTANE EDGE XL800 and KLAUSSNER STUDIO This one has many options for the type of covering besides leather. I'm liking the Microsuede Onyx fabric.
  15. I'm in the market for seating and would like to get opinions and reviews from others of their HT seating purchases both good and not so good. There are not many actual places to go and physically try the seating out, so probably will have to buy based on online reviews, but would much rather hear from Klipsch Forum Members that have been through this process and can give some input if they had to do it all again.
  16. I have (4) 8" in-ceiling speakers for Dolby Atmos format, which doesn't utilize the full reach of the the size of the speaker. The effects that are sent to these specific speakers are not bass heavy at all. FWIW, it does sound very good, but 6.5" would have worked just as well for me.
  17. Derrick, that makes sense. I need to make a some runs with REW and post the graphs to get feedback. It might just be me, case in point, we had two families over tonight and I demoed the system to them and they were, this is by far the best they have ever heard, lows, mid and highs. Hopefully, I'll have some down time in the next two weeks to set up REW and make some test runs to post.
  18. Thanks. I would like to get the amount of bass like I have felt when in a car. But, I do realize that it would take several to fill up that room. I have not ran the autocalibration or bass boost yet via the pre/pro. The only thing I have done with the pre/pro is set the speaker distances manually. The room is 7308 cu ft. I have played slightly with the dsp of the inuke. I using REW. I'm location restricted to the current placement of the subs, BUT I can install larger sized boxes without problem.
  19. Kicking around the idea of replacing the HT-18's with HST-18's, and going with the D2 ohm option with a iNuke6000DSP per two subs for a total of 4 subs, (2) iNuke 600dsp's. I initially wanted to add four more HT-18's for a total of (8), but can't it passed/ convinced through congress, so I'm thinking this might be the next best thing. Would it be a considerable increase in output? Thoughts...
  20. There wasn't hotties like this when I was ....never mind.
  21. Thanks for the nice comments. And, I looked at everyone's video's, lot's of nice rooms and systems out there, good job guys! I was surprised how good the audio was through youtube, very clear. Those stereo setups sound great. On scrappy's I could hear the moment, way cool!
  22. Take a look: https://youtu.be/pbTimpik6gU
