your killing me...I have watermelon... but no honey dew or cantaloupe.. but that would be wrapped in prosciutto with some reduced balsamic drizzle...and you know that I don't drink.... or better yet I will drink some wine..if you eat some prosciutto !!! now bring it on....

tonight's dinner was in themed with the ladies in the road.. with islands playing in the background . posted in fine food & music

make sure to save some of the hot salted water.. before adding the sauce..mix sauce the let it rest. before plating..

LADIES OF THE EVENING: Puttanesca sauce, most often employed for pasta, originated in Naples.
