3015 LF is an 8 ohm driver, DCR is 5.5 ohms. A quick look at the specs shows, the 3015 is not a good match for your Cornwall cabs.
With no labeling, I am suspect also. The Eminence 15c is very close to the original K-33 and is a suitable replacement.
I would consider replacing the woofer with an Eminence 15c or one from Bob Crites.
Again I doubt the crossover is the issue, the circuit is fairly simple. If you can post a pic of the crossover, might be able to spot a flaw.

In the pics, I don't see a rear panel brace. It is critical on the Cornwall to have a brace for the back panel.
In the original Cornwall the K600 and K-55 served as a brace, with your mod I no longer see anything supporting the back panel.
Furthermore I don't think the added depth was necessary, as I recall the Cornwall cab was a bit too large to meet the TS requirements of the woofer.
Here is a quick plot of original Cornwall with 15c Yellow, then subtracted volume for larger horn Green, then added 1 inch to box depth with subtracted horn volume Blue.
There is minimal change.

Do you have the original crossovers? If so, may want to reinstall them as a test.
The woofer typically dictates the speakers efficiency. If the oem woofers have been re-used, it is unlikely the efficiency has changed.
The issue may be a mis-built crossover, though I have never had one from ALK.

Very confusing, I thought the DE-85 was a good bit hotter than the K-55.
Since you modified a Cornwall for this project, did you change to woofer or tweeter?

Great project, nice work.

What is a zxpc horn?
Don't think its the crossover, used it many times, always liked it.

Awesome project, always wanted Belles!

I had a 6 watt Decware a while back, and though it sounded great, I desired more power.

I would like to hear the new Cornwall as well.

I have the AL crossover, which I have heard is not the best. Does the same change out the capacitors recommendation apply? Which caps do you all suggest? Thanks!
You can certainly upgrade the caps, however there are better options available. I like the ALK CSW Universal, YMMV.

Cornscala's are great, just need the right combination.
You can certainly do better than a K600, but Dean is right about cutting into you motor boards.
Listen twice cut once? Measure twice cut once... Thats it.

This is the current version I built and listen to. The tops are still in the experimental stage.
I had a pair of Knorn Bass Bins at the time I built these. Lost those when our home burned down. Made the tops modular/moveable so I could also use them with the Khorn bins.
You can't see the tweeter mounts in this photo. They are moveable/adjustable anywhere from the fronts of the two horns flush(tweeter forward) to the face of the drivers being aligned (tweeter rearward). I can easily align the tops with the bass bins as well. Can't do anything with phase of course but can play with time alignment to an extent.
La Scala bins are stock except the 1/4" MDF wrap I gave them and the veneer and grills.
Looks great , sucks about the house and KHorns.
Whatever happened to those beautiful Jubilee''s?

I have some ideas for that 400 horn percolating and they wont be dynamat or polyfill.
The K-400 makes an amazing funnel. Also works well as a door stop or a jack stand. ☺️
Looks like you have mad skills, I am sure you will come up with something nice.
The tweeter looks amazing, aluminum Eliptrac HF.
Good luck in your endeavors, keep up the good work.

Great project, I split a set a while back, turned out good as well.
Clean work, nice job.

With no attenuation on the DE-10, my guess is the sensitivity is roughly the same as Khorn and Lascala. - Perfect.

Right now, the B&C ME/DE10 tweeter barely keeps up with it. Parallel Eminence Delta LFA.
Dave's FAQ will be updated soon.
What is the estimated efficiency of the speaker? Did you have to pad the DE-10?
Spec on the DE-10 is 107db.

A lot of chefs involved now.
I will bow out.
I will say the ALK crossover uses a swamping resistor, so basically doesn't care what impedance mid range is used, and therefore should not change the crossover point.
My only thought was maybe the crossover was wired wrong. I have done it, everyone makes an error from time to time.
