thanks for the reply I think I might go with your suggestion and then I could move the klf20s to the back and when I'm ready I'll have the rs-7s for 7.1 ht. What center would you suggest fc7 is almost impossible to find and the rc7's so far what I seen has been going for a high price. Thanks again

Hello all I would appreciate opinions on which is a better speaker klf-30 or rf-7? I have a outlaw 990 and a earthquake cinenova grande klf 20 and rs-7 with a pbultra13 sub on order no center yet. I would use it a little more for music than movies but wife would only care about movies and since she's giving me the okay to get some speakers I would like the ones with better sound for movies. My room is 22x18 with an 18' foot ceiling and the room is opened up to the kitchen behind the seating area. Thank you ahead of time.

My tv stand only has a 261/2" opening so once I have to put it on top of the entertainment center it won't matter the width. I'm thinking also with the rc-64 being wider and having more wider of a listening area it will help make up for having the center channel so high above my mains, but thats me just guessing. Now I can fit an rc-7 just below the tv in the stand thats only 26" wide so I would have a 1/4" on each side I just hope it won't change the sound with being enclosed like that.

Thank you for your inputs. I eventually would like to upgrade and my lfc7 died so I need another center speaker and I would end of with the same problem with the lfc7 its also too wide. And it is very hard to find. Ive heard nothing but good things about the rc-64. I just hope the center speaker sounds alright being so high if not an rc-7 will fit in tv stand. I know the lfc7 would be a better match but I haven't seen it anywhere. Thanks again my klipsch friends and if anyone wants to throw their two cents in please feel free any advice will help my decision making.

Need some advice from some of you klipsch gurus. I really would like to get an rc-64 but the only placement I would have would be 45 inches sbove the tops of my klf-20's and about 22 inches above the top of my tv. The tv stand opening is only 26 and 1/2 inches so can't fit it there. I am wondering if the rc-64 tilted down to the seating position which is about 18 feet from the tv would be okay or would the sound be to out of kiltered. Your opions would be much appreciated. Just recieved my system. klf20's, klfc7, rs3II's, denon3802, and earthquake supernova mkIII. WOW unreal, I am blown away. I'ts like the band is in my living room. I havent even plugged the sub in yet or even tweaked the speakers.This was the best money I ever spent I cant rattle the walls!So clear and loud even my wife is impressed. I am a very happy man. hiya jll I cant coment on the sound difference cause I havent heard the denon3802. But the onkyo sounded nice I heard that against the hk avr520 I personally liked the sound of the hk a little better my wife liked the onkyo though(she might have the better ears since I work in a stamping plant).I went with the denon cause of a few things all the recomondations here and in stores 10 more watts and its 7 channel. I got the denon for 729 and i seen the onkyo for 744 let me know if you need the address for either(I'll have to back track to find where i got that price for the onkyo)them was the best prices I could find for brand new ones.Hope that helped a little after I get the denon I could let you know better. hi all anyone have an opinion on a yamaharxv3200?I got my choices of reciever down to a few denon3802 or 4802(if i can find a good enough deal),onkyotxds898 or txds797,yamaharxv3000 or 2200, marantz sr8200.Was thinking about the sonystrda5es but too many people been saying stay away. I'm edging towards the yamaharxv3200(that thing looks sweet)but havent been able to hear it I think it just came out. Any opinions would be great. me and the wife went out and bought a sony 61hstv the next day she came home with some bose 301s to put in the enterainment center. I hooked them up and played them for about a half hour adjusting this adjusting that then I unplugged them and she said what are you doing I said this sounds like crap its going back she couldnt understand it she thought they sounded good. Hi all!First I'd like to say this is a great forum I have learned alot since I found this forum:-).This is one expenses hobby.I have been up last 3 days till 7am trying to find the best setup and deals in my budget.This is what I'm about to buy rf3II's,rs3II's,klfc-7(I found this first for a good deal and already purchased it gonna try to see if it fits if not you'll see it up for sale for what i paid for it),svs16-46pc and to run it all a sony strda5es av.My room is 20'x17' WITH A 18'ceiling. Would like to have some feedback(from reading the forums you all know alot more than I do),it would be much appreciated to hear you're opinions so I dont make a mistake and fail to get what im looking for.This will be used 50/50 ht and stereo. Sorry to repost again but need some info asap just checked my e-mail a store i contacted a few days ago set me up with 2 packages would like advice. rf7's,rs7's and rc7's for 2650 total(sounds a bit pricey). The other package rf3II's, rs3II's and rc3 total shipped 1190( this seems like a good deal not sure though). If I went with the r3II package would that sound better then the complete legend series?Also he said he has a sony strda5es av for 983 shipped would like some feed back on that have read anything about that av. First off thanks for thew advice it is much appreciated. I did get a good deal on the c7 unfortunately I did that before i found the speaker matching guide on this forum. Hvent found a great deal yet for the legend series, but found a link to crazy eddies on forum they have some gonna call them tommorrow see what kind of deal i can get. Couple more questions if you guys dont mind (my knowledge is very limited so I depend on your guys input). Is there enough of a difference between the lf20 and lf30 to warrant the price increase and also when you say in your face sound could you explain a little more. I want something that truly rocks your socks of but makes my wife forget about all the money i spent when we watch a movie. hi all I'm looking to start a system. So far i bought a klfc7 and am looking at rb3 or rb5 floor model would love the rf7 but have to take it easy on the money(wife is already gonna kick me to the couch hehe).Also gonna try to go with the rs7's. Figured if i go with the rb5s i could get by without a sub for now.well my main question is will this set up work together? My room is 20x17 with an 18 foot ceiling. Also for the receiver im looking at a denon 3802, harman/kardon7000 and a pioneer vsxd908s. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated and will help me get my ears on theyre journey to heaven.
