  1. Darqman I have about the same set up you do and I get the same results. I was hoping to hear all kinds of cool stuff coming from heaven but in reality it seems that these just elongate the sound image. I have heard that there is usually vertical encoding buried in a lot of movies. I'm going to try hanging them on the front wall pointing downward. I bought a G16 to use as an a overhead/ middle top spkr ( I didn't want to cut a hole in the ceilings).
  2. I doubt you will hear any timber problems. I have mine setting atop H3's but I'd like to try them up on the wall.
  3. Bill yes I got the rp450ca, rp240's, rp150m's, and the atmos rp140's. The atmos speakers set on top of the H3's ( so they are only two foot off the ground) but I think I want to hang them on the wall pointing down. Seems like that would give me some height to the sound image. I don't want to cut a hole in the cileing so I was thinking about a g16 low profile mounted in the top corner/ middle firing down also for a fuller height expieience. I think the denon will handle an extra channel. Thoughts anyone?
  4. Use that credit card and buy up. I worked in a shop for 35 years as well. $$ = kinder, gentler transmission.
  5. I'm new here. Just got some H3's to replace my RF82's. Using a Denon X5200w. I swear I'm gunna burn it up. Love these. Cheers mates.
