Both were bought brand new. For the record, best buy and frys will price match most stores online (not eBay). You can get an international unlocked version cheaper as well and freely hop from carrier to carrier if need be. Hopefully that helps.

I had an s7 edge and it failed. I sent it back to Samsung TWICE. Do not buy a refurbished phone unless you get it straight from the manufacturer with warranty. They are very sophisticated. I have a galaxy s8 plus now and love it. No issues, very fast, excellent battery life. If you can find one new for a great price, which you should be able to, get that if the savings are much better of the s9. My 2 cents. S8 or s8 plus is very stable with excellent battery life.

Congrats. I'm sure they sound amazing, the woodwork certainly looks the part. Amazing how much work was required to get a matched pair for a $15K MSRP pair of speakers.

I was just having a little fun with my comment.. I think it is klipsch that has the slogan "pissing off the neighbors since.....". I always found it interested when I would meet other "audiophiles" that had a 50K B&W/ McIntosh system for example and it was just for background music. Wish I had that kind of cash 4o burn for a background music System..... To each his or her own

If I had music on ALL day, it would be just loud enough to hear all detail clearly with dynamic range, whatever the lowest volume to accomplish that would be.

I completely understand dynamic range at reasonable volumes. I mixed on AUGSPURGER customer monitors with TAD components using bryston amps and custom Crossovers damn near every day for years. My point is.... Maybe I stand alone, I would be too tempted to crank the LA scalas up a little more 😎

I get it believe me I do. I listen at 90 or so dB on the regular. If I am going to turn it up past 100 or so, it will be for a single song or two. I don't sit in front of speakers for 8 plus hours or even close ever. Don't have that kind of time. An hour or so is usually max at a time.

Yes sir. That is always the goal. Two pair of speakers for me is more than enough now. Done "collecting" for now. Just money sitting there that can be better spent on the house.
