  1. WB MicroMara!  Nice to see what everyone else is running!  I'm surrounded in 12 packs and a couple 30 packs.  Guess it was decided to spend Saturday evening here.  This could get interesting before the night's over!  No one would speak up so I guess I started it...

Followed by a lil "Machine Head," and right now this since the drummer is sittin here.  😂

Prolly gonna take me a few days to get right after this!  😎 Pride_&_Glory_-__94_Zach_Wylde_from_Ozzy

BTW John, Clemson SUCKS!  The B1G starts next week and the Buckeye's are comin for ya!  FINALLY get to watch some football with REAL opponents! To you other guys, that's AMERICAN football not Aussie footie with teams playing everywhere in 4 different leagues.  It's bad enough for most of the Americans to follow one game a week!😂

I saw this post on Facebook:

A burgler broke into my house. I put the red dot on his chest. The cat did the rest.

:)  ALWAYS have a hole card!

three ring circus around here this AM

We've had a situation brewing for a while with some neighbors. A slow motion train wreck. Squatters turned into a meth kitchen. Folks playing with guns and all kinds of fun...

got up at 3 to hit the can... saw flashing lights at the end of the street.....An ambulance and cops all over their place. Thought I heard gunfire early on... around 2, but didn't get up to see. That's how often it was happening  over there.... I'm guessing their fun came to an end....and we can relax... again.

I'm sure it will be all the scuttlebutt in town...

  5. Quite the weekend here.  lolol  Covid's slipping back into Ohio so no jam night this weekend.  :(  Buddy stopped by to listen and listen we did.  I've gotta get this guy outta his 70's head bangin rut!  Gonna be a slow process I'm thinking. 😂

Hit him with the the Alan Holdsworth then the Water's Live in Berlin, The Wall release and he enjoyed both.  Actually, was impressed w/the quality of The Wall pressing since everyone has heard the Floyd version but few have heard the Water's version, which is fantastic I think.  That's one show I wish I could have seen.  Coming 6 months after the wall was torn down "freedom" hit home with everyone and the artist's involved?

It's always fun playing with him.  hahaha  :)

His third, released in 1971, soothed the beast in him for a bit...  ha!

Then hammered him w/a lil "Gaucho" Steely Dan's 7th LP released in Nov. of 1980 after 2 years in the studio.  Not much groaning but it's NOT "Aja."

I kinda think he's gonna survive.  No Crims yet but he enjoys Zappa so that's a good thing!  He'll survive!  Me?  Well maybe!

  6. I run a Levoit filter here.  It seems to help and has been signalling for a filter replacement about twice a year.  I think it helps but the filter replacements are about $20-30.  The downside, I need another here in the L-shaped living dining area.  Blech, maybe down the road.  Went with cleaning all the filthy furnace duct work a month or so ago.  Maybe that will help some.  Only time will tell.

  7. Eh, no hurry on anything.  Prolly having a wet dream about the ride but ya never know.  Taps n stuff?  Ha, have lots of that stuff just not metric.  That dude had EVERYthing.  One impressive list of S-K Wayne stuff sold.  Quarter, half, inch drive sets in both metric and US.  Breaker bars, cranks, torques, you name it.  Just gimme the tool chest!  Not a mark on it inside or out.  Like new.  Looked it up and $2350 new.  Not me, I'm cheap!  :)

  8. Record Store Day was good to me!  :)

Alan Holdsworth's "Road Games" re-mastered from 1983 and is one great album!  His second solo release set the stage so to speak and shaped many of his future projects.

My second RSD purchase was Roger Water's Live in Berlin "The Wall" with sooo many great artists contributing for one cause "The Memorial Fund for Disaster Relief."  Mastered and pressed in Germany it's an exceptionally sweet live album!

  9. Wow, FINALLY got caught up in here.  Steve's vertical, Grasshopper saved the recliner and will prolly work on an ejection seat at some point, found the Coors, which is VERY important and never gave me anything I didn't ask for.  Hoping everyone down South is going to make it thru the storm.  Now MicroMara is ANOTHER story molesticating

all those poor nursies over there.  😂

Thinking I've got nice weather around here til the end of next week and I'm trying to get ahead of the game a bit but my Auctioneer buddy keeps coming up w/great stuff at amazing prices.  The down side is driving to pick the stuff up.  Snagged a couple more like new magic carpets for this place AND the catch of the eon.  Picked up this Kennedy tool chest for $525.  They had TONS of S-K Wayne tools that went cheap also but I'd just hurt myself with all of those.  Got there to pick up and found out why he had the tools & chest.  He had the engine torn down and was working on his wife's 1960 MG Roadster when he passed.  Talk about a beautiful car?  MINT condition too.  My buddy is talking to her about selling it to me but so far no soap.  This thing is pristine.  So I've been holed-up in the garage takin care of business before the weather changes and I have to figure out where I'm going to put the MG.  hahaha
