Invidiosulus I have pyramid foam on top of the 511. Just removed it to take a pic. Also I have the tweeter on a slight tilt to my ear level.

Islander. With my setup, Prima Luna HP & Don Sachs preamp the 401/55 combo & the original crossover the 401 wasn't producing clear vocals. Now, being I changed the crossover first to a ALK ES5400, the M55I think was the problem. I have no said distortion from how it's setup now.

This is how I have it now; 10" off the rear wall from what I've tried to gather off drawings on the net.

Greetings everyone, I have a pair of LA Scala ll & can anyone tell me what would be the measurement from the outside of the cabinet to the rear of the woofer? I'd like to time align my set up. Thanks in advance! Dan

I'm curious why anyone would apply Silicone or any other lubricant's to vinyl. If anything you would just want them as clean as possible, No?

Being in the construction field, I use more silicone on my projects then WD 40. The silicone dries & lubricates, where WD 40 stays wet & (adheres) more dust particles, especially on windows & doors.

Well, sometimes new vinyl that I bought comes with a film on it & not even my Ultrasonic cleaner can remove it. I know the WD 40 will. I'm not in the mood to spend another $700.00 on a nos AT 150 mlx, or my $1000.00 Hana.
