Oh, and then, one has all original feet, the other a mixture of one half of a original and three spikes.

But, as with everything, there is a pinch of salt here... But first: - Ofcourse the cabinets are rough and need love. That was expected. - One of the grilles has cloth- damage on one corner: I´ll think what to do about that at the end, it´s not that noticable anyway. The following is the biggest "problem". The woofers survived transport intact, BUT: Original K1005 K woofer. Up to now, unknown replacement woofer... If you put your ear close the woofers, there is a noricable difference in dynamics between the two. It doesn´t impair listening, but knowing it, I want back the original state. But first things first. They will be added to my "Phallanx" and listened to extensively!

Right cut-outs, a bit rough, but they are there. Maybe I´ll install spots over the TTs. The plan is: Shelving will continue on top of what Yu see now. There will be one more space for LPs. Further up will be for books and my DVDs & BluRays. What you see here is about 2/3 of my LP collection, so there´ll be space left, not that much, but there´ll be some.

Learning from the forum here! So I hear others here have the same problem, right Dave? 😎

https://www.discogs.com/release/19723675-OSI-Office-Of-Strategic-Influence Had this one posted over in YT-Spinning some time ago. Nice vinyl, only the LPs are a bit off-center, but it doesn´t seem to impact sound...

My landlady (?) remembered that she had a stack of LPs in the basement somewhere. This is the only one I deemed worth taking. The shrink-wrap was still on, somebody had handeled the vinyl after having some potato-chips... Needs a second wash. Dionnne Warwick was big in Germany around the time I was in elementary: https://www.discogs.com/release/26902526-Dionne-Warwick-Heartbreaker

Looking at the cover, my first thought was:"Oh well, water-damage, don´t expect much..." Turns out, the vinyl is almost NM! The debut-LP of Berlin based band Spliff. When they were active, me was just in elementary, so they appeared on my radar only recently. This LP is all english, the later ones were german. As the title suggests, there´s spoof radio spots inbetween tracks, moderated by Rik deLisle. He bacame famous in Berlin as DJ on then AFN Radio Berlin. He´s still active. Him, I can remember from my childhood days! Great music! https://www.discogs.com/release/295210-Spliff-The-Spliff-Radio-Show

You hear that a lot: When I stayed in El Paso, a German started a backery there, even the local PX sold his bread. I read about bakeries in Tokio as well, although that was a Japanese who had learned the trade in Germany. Once you had a bite, you know "Magic Toast" is pretty meh...
