I just got my KSW12 and have had it pop a couple of times also. The volume was at 8 and on my 3802 it was at -25. Did it while watching Scorpion King. I'll watch it again and see if it does it in the same spot.

Hi DD. I knew that I could have different settings for different sources. But I use my DVD for a lot of music as well as movies. Its not really a big deal I guess to tweak it between the two.

Thanks DD. Where can I get a copy of this Avia disk in Canada and whatis its cost? I used the test tone in the 3802 and didn't like the results. To much out of the rears when playing music. Not that I can't turn them down but that won't keep a even 75db on all 7 of the speakers in the setup. Am I doing something wrong or is the setup different for movies and music.

Looking for tips on setting up speaker levels using a SLM. I've got a Denon 3802 reciever. Can I use the test tone in maual mode? Where in the room do I test from? How far from the speakers? .... Any help would be great.

Just a note, I burnt a 700mb disk just for the heck of it. What do know it plays with no problems. Now if I could just read the song tittles.

But one of the other reasons I got it was for DV DAudio and mp3 playback. What I'm dissapointed about is with the mp3 playback. Not the sound but the on screen display of only 8 characters and its ability to only play 650mb disks. Is there another player out there with similar features but full song title display and the more popular 700mb disk capability.
