  1. I am grateful for the detailed information on Epic3that is more than enough for me.Thanks Again
  2. I have been observing the sale of Klipsch speakers on ebay specially the center speakers. What I have obsrved that most of the time people are paying more money for a used speaker than the price of a brand new one being offered on many of the websites. Are the websites quoting wrong price?is not adviseable to buy from these websites?
  3. Hi every body would like to know if any body owns Epic3 as I have lost the owners manual and I called Klipsch they also do not have it.I would like to know the specifications if any one could mail me. Thakyou
  4. Searched the whole ebay website for KV4 but could not locate. There are only 5 items listed as Klipsch center Speaker and KV4 is not one of it.Any way what should be the price if I get a good deal. How much did you sell yours for? and is RS311 a good alternate? Many thanks for replying.
  5. can you name any web sites for cheaper klipsch products.I am looking for a center speaker a RC311 Thanks
  6. Hi Every body I know the best match for epic3 is KV4 but it is difficult to find that speaker.Any suggestions on any alternate. Is RC3 a good match for epic3.Thanks in advance for the information I will get.
  7. I think $500 is a very good price for cf3 depending on the condition.I bought mine for little over $500 but they were in mint condition.Have you bought it? or is it still under cosideration!Try get a box if they still have it as you will be needing it if you plan to sell them. They are damn heavy.Do you have the owners manual with it?Enjoy the music as they sound very crisp with deep bass;and welcome to the Klipsch family of speakers owner.
  8. Hi The RC311 which is the new model is costing 350 at Sound Advice and you can get the same on ebay around 250$ for a brand new one, dont you think the price is too high foe a used center speaker, any way what is your location? The simple rule for a used one is to dduct 40% or more depending on the condition.Any way best of luck.
  9. Hey John, I am really grateful for the detailed reply,I have taken out all the drivers from the cabinet and will try to work according to your suggestion and work from inside.I have also found out that the panel from the side has left the joint and is loose i will also try to put some braces.Pls also elobrate how to dynamat the cabinet.I will be needing a liquid kind of glue which could seep in the joint and make a firm bonding.Any suggestion on the glue. Thanks again. ERUM
  10. Many thanks for all the suggestions. Can you elobrate how to do the window pane bracing. The back panel is almost 1" thick.Someone also suggested me to use liquid nails on the joints as due age there might be disjoint some where which in result is giving vibration. The back panel is probably glued to the speaker as I do not see any wood screws.Waiting for reply.
  11. Audio Reality, Many thanks for all the suggestions. The back panel is 1" thick. Can you elaborate how to do the window pane bracing. The back panel is probably attached to the speaker with glue as i do not see any wood screws. Thanks Again.
  12. I am using Klipsch Epic CF3 speakers with 2 ten inches subwoofer and a horn tweeter in an enclosure of 41"H17"D16"W. My problem is as soon as I increase the volume because of the bass the rear panel of my speakers starts to vibrate and start emitting vibrating sound (REAR PANEL BOX BOOM).The moment I keep pressure with my hand on the rear panel there is no vibration sound.Any solution folks. Many thanks in advance.
