  1. Hello, I am in the market for the RC 3 II and was wondering what you guys thought the best online sites were... I have checked Crazy eddies and hypaudio as well as authorized electronics out of new york none however are authorized by klipsch. Should that be a concern? my other klipsch's were bought from authorized dealers (aafes and One Call) but unfortunately they dont carry the RC 3 II. Any help would be appreciated
  2. I have the RP-5s and i love them. The KLF-30s are great too but they are huge and not shielded. How big is your room if its larger then say 20-20 then maybe going for the KLF-30s with a RSW sub is the way to go. What are the prices you are being quoted? I know ONECALL had the RP-5s for 845 but they are out at the moment. I paid 1100 with shipping a year ago and like i said i love them. IMO the tweeter is not as harsh as the KLF30s the 30s are beautiful especially in oak. hope this helps
  3. I have the RP-5s having replaced my KLF-10s with them. IMO the KLF30s are great but i wanted the addition of two subs that the RP-5s give you. It really depends on your needs. If you intend to use them almost exclusively for HT i would go for the RP-5s if your use is more balanced go with the KLF-30s. These speakers tend to go for the same on the auction pages so either way you will be happy. BTW the klipschs are huge and not shielded.
  4. Absolutely true RY. The sound created by your amplification is at least if not more important then the speakers you have playing them. For your specific needs i would recommend the pioneer VSX 811 And the Synergy 6 setup although i do like the Energys at this price range.
  5. The RC-3 is available through hypaudio for 204.88 the rc 3 II is 219 on that website and 216.88 at crazy eddies.

I won't need the RC-3 center anymore, my fiancee won't let me put it in the back for 6.1 And for that there's no reason to keep it. I have seen them go for low $200's on ebay. I'm asking $200 plus shipping. If someone is interested I will give them first dibs once I get my stuff. Just seeing if there's an interest for it right now. Thanks! ---------------- Hey Im interested. As far as the price its true crazy eddies is offering the RC-3 II at 216.88 but they charge 55 bucks to ship it to me in cali. Hypaudio has the rc-3 new for 204.88 plus shipping of 35 so it would have to be less then that unless you got yours from an authorized dealer and have it registered with klipsch. either way for the right price im interested.
