Just received a Klipsch ProMedia Heritage 2.1 unit, but it doesn't seem to want to turn on. No LED light appears in the front of the subwoofer, and I haven't been able to hear any sound from it. Is that a common occurrence? Any known fix before I return the unit? I tried the reset procedure without success.

Hi everyone, I recently got a Klipsch R4B-ii soundbar and my dog chewed up the remote while I was asleep. Will Klipsch be able to replace it in the support tab or am I screwed? The night mode and virtual surround no longer work on the remote and that’s the only way to enable them I think.

Hey all, New guy here. I just inherited a set of Chorus IIs that are unfortunately in a bit of a state of disrepair. One of the negative terminals on the system is busted off. Can anyone detail the process I'm going to need to take to repair it? Am I going to have to solder? I already contacted Klipsch support and they put me in contact with a repair shop that does not have the terminals in stock, so is there a generally accepted after market set to use? Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone. I bought a 6.1 set of Icon speakers in October of 2008, and last week my XW-500D subwoofer died. There is a little text display on the top, and when I toggle the power switch it will light up for half a second before fading out. It also doesn't go BOOM BOOM BOOM anymore. That has been the extent of my troubleshooting so far. This brick cost a pretty penny back in 2008, but I am not sentimental about it. I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for trying to repair it. Otherwise, I'd like to solicit recommendations for replacing it. My den is 22' x 22', and this would be for exclusively for movies. I am not opposed to moving to a 6.2 setup, if there is any merit to that layout. Thanks in advance for your input! Darwin

Hey guys, I've had my 2.1s for over 10 years now with minor issue, just some volume knob scratchiness. Over the past couple of years I began to notice a more serious issue. The right channel would consistently lose signal. Usually with a little physical nudging of the sub the signal would come back. Over time it became more and more common, and now the left channel sees a similar issue. I opened up the sub to see how the internals look and attached are some pictures. I know some of this is glue, but something doesn't seem right. Is there anything here that catches anyone's eye that has maybe popped or exploded?
