The RP-280F's I recently bought for the living room system did not have bases. This was fine on our current hardwood but the house we are renting for the next year or so is carpeted all around. I don't want to risk them tipping over and hurting anyone or anything. A pair from Klipsch will be ~ $150 shipping included. Just seeing if a member has a pair that they aren't going to use and how much they would want for them. ZIP code 23602. Thanks!

Hello, I've got a pair of RP-502S, each on a speaker stand. Now I'm thinking of screwing them to the stand for that extra secure feeling that they won't tip off. The stands have holes in the top-plate so it's possible to insert 2 screws from below. But, is that considered good practice ? If so, until how many millimeters is it save to drill a hole for the screw ? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Is there anyone in here that know any good product or how you get any speaker stand that can match up whit the size of the "RC-64 lll".... I have google around for a bit but can just find smaller stands for center:s that not is anyway near to fit this speaker, i would like something like this but its only "350 mm" and i need a lot more as the speaker itself is "900 mm"... Another problem is that the idea is that the base should be on a TV-bench so it can´t be something that goes from the floor and up to the right height... \ Whiskey

Hello, I recently was finally able to acquire the stadium speaker. I LOVE IT! even more so than i thought i would. I have two questions. 1. It came with a metal stand. Its only referenced in the manual by picture, and its purpose to me is still unknown. 2. I cannot get the speaker to connect to my wireless to save my life :). I've tried the drop down and selecting my SSID / CCMP. and this doesn't work, I've even tried to configure manually with WPA2 AES and it still doesn't work? What am i doing wrong? What are some things i can try?
