Ray_pierrewit
Hello all, I'm currently organizing my outdoor, summer wedding (August 1st) and am hoping to find some good advice on amplification. Basically, I'm going to take my Lascalas outdoors and place them around 30 feet from one another on my balcony facing the crowd and I might place my Heresy IIs between them. I'm looking for a <500$ amplifier (used or new) that'll drive this system reasonably loud and that'll ideally be a nice fit in one of my home systems. I found a great deal on a HK930(?), nice and clean, any thoughts on this receiver? Any other suggestions, SS or Tubes, vintage or modern? Thanks for any advice! jt1stcav
Seems many Klipsch owners love vintage harman/kardon Twin-Powered receivers (from what I've read here). So the 930, if in good condition, should be perfect for the task at hand (and a keeper for any of your audio systems).
