Chicago_Pete
Took me just over 8 years to burn up my motor.Guess I was too aggressive with the cleaning fluid. [:$]Called Gayle in customer service and had my new motor in two days, what a sweetie. She even sent me a tube of super glue to attach the new rubber capstan. The replacement motor is made in Wisconsin.A well deserved high five for a stand up company. Aufwuchs
I had a great experience dealing with them as well when a MiniPro I bought got destroyed in shipping. Great people
Dennie
It's always nice to hear there is still "Customer Service" and the part is Made in the USA! Thanks for letting us know Pete! Dennie
