Basically, you send in the cover-art (You get to keep the disc) for your current HD-DVDs and Warner will send you the Blu-Ray version of the same movie for about $5.00 + shipping (Multi-Disc sets extra). You can only get one of each movie and 25 discs total, but this is a great deal!!! I've got about 20 that I'll be "upgrading," including my 5-Disc Harry Potter collection.
