shortstack31489
so i am trying to convince my parents to let me move some of my speakers in the living room so i can keep part of them...any suggestions on the persuasion?....and if i succeed i will need a reciever that is just shy of 7 inches and will not run that hot...the cabinet space is like 6.8 inches so is there a good receiver that doesnt run very hot? if i can get away with it i will be keeping my fronts and the ss.5 surrounds.....i may have the c-3 sold to a guy on here and i need to get a smaller center for the setup....i am thinking the c-1 maybe? thanks for help guys

Moderators Youthman Posted April 29, 2009 Moderators Share Posted April 29, 2009 To be honest, I've never checked. It has tons of ventilation where it is at (like 1 cu/ft) around it. I'll have to crank it for awhile and feel it to see how it fairs after a good warmup. I've heard many other says that Onkyo gets quite hot.
