If the tweeter was good, you could blow it by sending frquencies that are too low through it. The componets are woofer, mid and tweeter. It isn't a subwoofer, although compared to a Bose system, it might seem that way. [:|] From the home page, you can search for your model. get the specs on it and see the different crossover prequencies, where the signal from your amp/receiver is split into the frequency bands that go to each component.
