philipandrews1 Posted June 10, 2010 Share Posted June 10, 2010 great great audio gadget. i was hoping to snag a pair of those, heard lots of great things bout them, unfortunately, i'm an ALansing guy, and loved how it sounds. but, just for the heck of it, i'll try these S4i. i know, i know.. you dont have to say it. all in good clean fun though. rogens50 Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 I don't know how much you use them, but several of us have had problems with the cheap build quality, especially the ultra cheap cable and poorly designed strain relief which comes apart exposing the individual wires. I mist admit that I have changed the klipsch silicone plugs for a set of Sony replacment plugs and they are much more comfortable for me now, the treble still tends to sound "hazy" (lacking air and detail) versus my reference phones (grado and senn) BUT I can live with them as my travel phones. the sound is full and rich and just fine while sitting on planes, taxis, lounges, etc. warm regards, tony Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lorraine68 Posted August 4, 2011 Share Posted August 4, 2011 I got a pair of the S4i for my 3GS as well. Sadly, the first pair was totally frigged and had to be returned for an exchange.
