ckul
This is an incredibly silly question, but... my Custom 2 headphones reached me today, and I'm thoroughly enjoying them. However, the package was missing the ear tip cleaning tool. I'm planning to just let it go, but I decided to check anyway - if anybody thinks they're key to the experience, or that they're really cool in some way, I might get back to the retailer. I'm looking to be reassured one way or another - either that I'm not missing much, or that it's worth the bother of getting back to the dealer. Thanks in advance, Chinmaya

colterphoto1
I just keep my ears clean.Never used the tip cleaning tool and I've used the same set of large dual flange tips since day 1. Also never had a cable issue.
