iamstrong Posted August 7, 2009 Share Posted August 7, 2009 Hi all My dad bought a Custom 3 earphone a few months ago, and recently there is no sound coming from the right ear, expect when moved to a certain position. I wanted to bring it for warranty, but my father lost his receipt, and he forgot where he bought those earphones (he's very forgetful) Is there any quick fix way for the earphone? if not, what do i do? thanks Jon Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you can find the problem in the cable it may be repairable but it will be ugly. If you have to crack the chassis open it will be difficult to get back together without damage.
