I wont be looking to expand anytime in the near future being that I live in apartment. Well I haven't bought the receiver yet and I wanted to get your guys opinion on the below receivers. willland Posted December 27, 2009 Share Posted December 27, 2009 Welcome to the forum. Noob questions are always welcome on this forum. We were all noobs at one time. Being that your speakers are 8ohm, set your receiver at 6 or 8ohm. Some receivers(like Onkyo) only offer a choice between 4 or 6. Set it at 6ohms.
