Needless to say it quit, i have power at the incoming 2 black wires also at the brown & white, nothing at the 2 red. Is this telling me the transformer is fried ? And while you're at it, you might as well upgrade to a better TT, preferably belt drive. Those old direct drive TT are not very good. They always weighted the performance specs so the general public wouldn't see how bad the rumble really was. What you have there is really just a "record player", fully integrated and fully automatic (not good if you want to get the most out of your LPs. I already found one on e-bay for $20.00, i will just wait till i get my next unemployment check and get one for my piece of _____ turntable.
