It was shipped by Fed-Ex and they dropped it, as a result the horn has two large cracks in it. The drive seems to be fine. I've emailed Klipsch support twice and phoned them twice. I haven't gotten a response from eithter. I need to find out the cost of replaceing the horn because we've place a claim with Fed-Ex to pay for it. I have 10 days left to get the claim to them.
