60 cycle hum

I have a small problem with hum from my subwoffer. I have tried a new ground circuit, since I found a 200-800 mv difference beween my neutral and previous ground. While the problem is better, it is not 100%. Is there an inexpensive isolation transformer or other technique available?

Thanks,

I tried the cheater plug trick, it didn't fix the problem. I should add that there is a GFI in the circuit (installed by previous owners), along with a surge protector line strip.

I plan to eliminate these sources one at time, then install a new circuit direct to service panel if necessary.

Line routing may be an issue, as you know an HT setup can get messy, being somewhat anal I have bundled the speaker wires in one group and line power and source connections in another group.
