Digital...

I don't know a lot about computer-sound stuff. What's

the deal with "Digital?" Someone asked me if my

new speakers (ProMedia 4.1) were 'digital,' but I

didn't know what to tell them.

On the back of my soundcard (SB Live 5.1), there's

a plug-hole-thing that says "digital." What exactly

would I use this for? How would I use it with my PM41s?

Can I use it with my PM41s?

I read the FAQ, but I didn't understand what it said

about a seperate decoder. Where would I get one? What

exactly would I get?

Thanks a lot.

no need for the dd-51 unless you want more than your computer connected to thes peakers, which are analog, no real advantage to digital speakers, they are all eventually analog, unless your ears can decode 11010110101010101101010001001001 Smile.gif
