atom
now i am considering what is the right speaker cable for the RB-5. i don't talk the price here, cos each brand has it's entry level and top line. my point is "right"! which brand's style is good for RB-5. i mean to balance RB-5's shortcoming, and make it more musical? (i fill my system is now a little bit dry and hard) MIT? Synergistic Research ? Monster? Audioquest? kimber? i know this question is still in personal taste, but still want to know you guys' view. thanks
Iftach Landau
I was suffering over this as well. Chose Audioquest. My problem was that the Synergy set was too bright at times, powered by a relatievely dry "direct" mode Denon 3802. I can recommend the following on-line vendor: Oz Enterprizes, at http://www.auctionworks.com/store/default.asp?sfid=16791 Hope this helps. gary101050
I purchased RB 5's in January and the audio salesperson recommended I use the Monster Cable MCX-1S Bi-wire cables. Since they have the pins on the ends I also purchased the banana plugs as well. I listen to Jazz, Rock, Classical music. I have watched all kinds of movies as well. I have not been disappointed with the results. The sound is richer and not muddled. The price was right as well. Just remember, if the speaker has a bi-wire setup Klipsh did that for a reason.
