Do earphones cause headaches? justin_tx_16 Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 If you're turning up the volume or using too large of ear tips, maybe. Klipsch ear tips are among the best I've ever used so having issues with the tips is surprising (if that is the cause) but not impossible.
