FranklinCawen Posted April 10, 2011 Share Posted April 10, 2011 I think the runny nose thing in cold weather is pretty common, and I don't know how one would avoid it except do like I do and run indoors.. Not a good solution for most, I guess. I for me think a lot depends on whether it's a dry cold or wet cold air outside, plus where I'm running. If I'm running in my neighborhood, there's a lot of fireplace smoke in the air and that irritates my sinuses and makes the runny nose and post-run cough much worse.
