ImBad
I would go with the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz unless you need the break out box, then I would go with the Game Theatre XP. Both will give you excellent sound quality, but the TBSC seems to have better driver support.
justin_tx_16
Choose from either a Philips Acoustic Edge or Voyetra Turtle Beach Santa Cruz for a basic sound card with superior sound to that of the SB Live series, and maybe the Santa Cruz sounds even better than the Audigy. These provide great sound and very stable drivers. If you want a little more out of your sound card, get a Hercules GTXP. This sound card sounds terrific, using the same chip as the Santa Cruz. However, this card adds many more inputs and outputs, from up to 6.1 (7.1 capable, just waiting for the format) analog audio output, to 4 digital i/o's, plus a 4 port USB hub built into the break out box. ------------------ -justin SoundWise Support A technical help site created by me and my fellow Klipschers I am an amateur, if it is professional; ProMedia help you want email Amy or call her @ 1-888-554-5665 or for an RA# 800-554-7724 ext 5 Klipsch Home Audio help you want, email support@klipsch.com or call @ 1-800-KLIPSCH RA# Fax Number=317-860-9140 / Parts Department Fax Number=317-860-9150s>
OTL
I recommend the Santa Cruz over the strident sounding Audigy.
