Taz Posted August 8, 2011 Share Posted August 8, 2011 [^o)] Have a small Issue, I have paradigm phantom v2 speakers that I am giving as a gift, and cannot find felt bottomed feet for them. I took one of the carpet spikes to hardware store that usually has everything but no luck. They told me that the carpet spikes are #6 metric, and they have no 'metric' felt bottomed feet. If worst comes and I can't fine what I need I will be forced to glue felt to bottom of speakers to prevent the brass inserts from scratching the Hardwood floor. Cousin has sign to remove shoes at front door. I'm setting her up with Marantz 2285B, CD player, and the Paradigm speakers. AS usual, I have a side question. Does anyone know how much these speakers will handle before they blow? I'd like to give advice as to how far to turn them up when she has a house sitter or guest there.
