Tobi
When I got my KLF 30's all four port tubes where missing and the holes in the board are 4'' wide but I have seen photos where the tubes where reduced in diameter. If you KLF 30 owners out there could help me out with the measurements (diameter and over all depth ) of the original tubes, that would be terrific. I am building new cabs so I could go with a standart replacemant or if some body would sell the original port tubes to me that would be good too. moray james
Tobi: someone here should be able to provide you with the dimensions that you need. If not I would guess that it should be easy for you to experiment with some cardboard tubes or flat poster board rolled up to fit. I would imagine the length will be in the 4 - 6 inch range. You can make a number of different lengths at one inch intervals and listen to some music with deep bass or get a cd wit test tones on it to use for evaluation. Once you have picked the closest lengtth make another set a half inch shorter and a half inch longer to fine tune. Once you find a good length replace the cardboard tubes with some suitable plumming plastic tube annd you should be good to go.Hope that this helps. Best regards Moray James.
