When I look at the junk on the shelves in many audio retailers these days I'm grateful for my old junk and the willingness of people to trade up and sell on CL. Also the really great stuff we all desire now was rediculously expensive when it was new. My 33 year old Marantz sold for $400.00 new. Adjusted for inflamation...that's REALLY EXPENSIVE.
