doctahg Posted May 21, 2002 Share Posted May 21, 2002 HI anyone, I'm wiring my new family room for speakers. I used Monster 12-2 wire, which had a whit PVC cover. Unfortunatly I ran out and need more...tomorrow. I got that off the internet. No one local had the same wire. I can get Monster 12 guage but it seems flimsy. Or I can get Monster 12g car wire which is thicker and covered but is twisted clear and blue wires.... supposedly for better bass response. An electronics store local has 12 guage wire 265 thread I think which is covered in PVC too.. Any suggestion as the best option? Will it matter? I'm over a barrel at the moment.
