Brian6751
im really bummed to have to do this, but i have to sell my Cornscalas. i just finished these back in November. They are the Style D with the Tractrix Horn. They sound amazing. Very clear midrange and top end. Highs are smooth, airy and detailed, not harsh at all. Bass is very strong. They are fantastic speakers. If you have been interested in building a pair of these, now is your chance for a great deal! $1300. Got this idea here on the forums and it works great. That Gorilla tape is very thick. much thicker than your standard duct tape, but you can still rip it by hand. i applied it in 6-8" strips.Untitled by brian6751, on FlickrUntitled by brian6751, on FlickrUntitled by brian6751, on FlickrUntitled by brian6751, on FlickrUntitled by brian6751, on FlickrUntitled by brian6751, on FlickrUntitled by brian6751, on Flickrthe horn driver is heavy and needs a support bracket. this is the brace a made for the support bracket. it also serves as internal bracing.Untitled by brian6751, on Flickrhttp://farm9.staticflickr.com/8210/8173306970_ecf9086c89_z.jpgUntitled by brian6751, on Flickrhttp://farm9.staticflickr.com/8067/8173306210_e90eba0406_z.jpgUntitled by brian6751, on Flickrand heres how they turned out. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8067/8173277153_35d3466552_z.jpgUntitled by brian6751, on Flickrhttp://farm9.staticflickr.com/8487/8172540226_b2260ed060_z.jpgUntitled by brian6751, on Flickrhttp://farm9.staticflickr.com/8205/8172541304_63d8aa4a74_z.jpgUntitled by brian6751, on Flickrhttp://farm9.staticflickr.com/8201/8172541902_e3a0a035e3_z.jpgUntitled by brian6751, on Flickrtheir temporary home.http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8350/8172543068_517cd70c4b_z.jpgUntitled by brian6751, on Flickr http://www.avsforum.com/content/type/61/id/97815/Untitled by brian6751, on Flickrhttp://www.avsforum.com/content/type/61/id/97816/Untitled by brian6751, on Flickrhttp://www.avsforum.com/content/type/61/id/97817/Untitled by brian6751, on Flickrhttp://www.avsforum.com/content/type/61/id/97818/Untitled by brian6751, on Flickrhttp://www.avsforum.com/content/type/61/id/97819/Untitled by brian6751, on FlickrSome of the pics did not come out good. sorry.
