brianlbjr
I'm trying to locate a KSF-C5 and possibly a set of KSB 3.1s. Do any of you know someone who is selling either of these? Thanks for any responses.
Klipsch-daddy
use the ksc-c1. It matches the speakre you have fine. Actually I have one if you are instrested for 80.00 plus shipping. There are some on ebay going for 120-130. I used to have the same fronts you have and upgraded to the rf fronts and never go rid of the 2 month old center. ------------------ Home Theater: Yamaha RX-V1000 Klipsch RF-3's Klipsch KSC-C1(LOOKING FOR A RC-3 OR RC-3II) Kenwood KSV64 Bipolar Speakers Klipsch Subwoofer KSW-12 Television: TOSHIBA THEATER VIEW 50" DVD Player SONY S-360 CD Changer CDC 585 5 Disc Yamaha Harman Kardon TC-1000 monster cable interconnects/12 gauge speaker wire
brianlbjr
A reader on here emailed me about a site called recycledaudio.com. I was able to get a KSF-C5. Now I'll have (2) KSF-C5 a set of KSB 3.1s and a set of KSB 1.1s. Now all I need is a Klipsch sub and another set of 3.1s and I'll be all happy. fabulousfrankie
I have a pair of ksb 3.1 for my fronts that I might sell. I also have a ksf-c5, center, and ksb 1.1's as my surrounds, and it sounds great. On the ksb 3.1's it comes with a metal grill which make it sound harsh. Then I took off the grills and they sounded oh so smooth. I happened to have a ksc-c1 at the time I had my ksf-c5. I compared them and the ksf-c5 sounded so much better than the ksc-c1 with my system, and the funny thing is that the ksc-c1 was made to go with my speakers. Klipsch really lacked on that center. Fronts: KSB 3.1's Center: KSF-C5 Surrounds: KSB 1.1's Subwoofer: SVS 16-46CS clone (dual soon to come) Sub Amp: Audiosource AMP 5.1 ($66 shipped of U-Bid) Receiver: Onkyo TX-DS494
