DonnyK
I've had a KMC 3 for a little over a month. It sits on my desk in my office and I play music or video sound from my Mac Book Pro over bluetooth. I bought it exclusively for this purpose and chose the Klipsch based on my affinity for the brand, the size and clean design and the exceptional sound quality upon auditioning it. There's a major problem, however. The issue I'm having is that regardless of how/what I'm listening to audio (Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Cloud, YouTube, HBO Go, etc) there are drops, glitches or breaks in the audio. These seem to be occurring primarily when I type or move/click the track pad. Once I stop using the lap top and let it set, it appears to stop and play without glitches and interruption. I was restarting the Mac Book, powering off, restarting and reconnecting the bluetooth on the KMC 3. This seemed to temporarily resolve the problem. It would go away for a day or so usually. Today I did it and the problem started up in about an hour and a half. I'm including a video illustrating what's happening. I'm hoping I don't have to warranty or return KMC 3 because other than this, I really like it.. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thaddeus Smith
What are the specs on your laptop? I had the same issue on my 2010 MBP and it basically boiled down to the laptop having to choose priority between streaming the content down via wifi, streaming it back out via bluetooth, or performing whatever functions I was also trying to do with the laptop. it would seem that audio always lost in the decision. my point is that it was an MBP resource issue and not the KMC3. Thaddeus Smith
hmm, k. i was hoping you had an old 2009 macbook (plastic) or something. i'm still inclined to think it's an issue on the computer side.

Andy W
Try turning off your WiFi and connecting directly to your router. Then you will know one more piece of information. Does it misbehave when the content is on the hard drive, like in iTunes?

Rdmarsiii
Also happens when connected with bluetooth from the iPhone. It must be an apple thing.
