Soundthought
Hello all. Had a V.I.P. party at my stereo shop today. They bring in audio/video reps and offer excellent deals on gear. It's pretty cool. So I went in to pick up my new B&K ST2140 and snag up some free munchies. I was pressing a newbie salesman to "give me one true benefit of bi-wiring". After a few minutes of making this guy sweat, my favorite salesman came over to me and said he had someone here that I would love to talk to. He was right! It was our area Klipsch rep, Scott H. I've heard about him, but never met him. We talked for some time about speaker design, Reference series problems, the Heritage line and Mondial. It was quite intersting. I like the guy, he's a good representation of what Klipsch stands for. Honesty and Integrity He didn't try to BS me or pitch some speech. The man knows his stuff and shoots from the hip. I can respect that. He definately reinforced my belief in Klipsch. Cheers to you, Scott. Now, I'm off to amp up my RF7s. "Two 140 watt channels of pure happiness" That should take care of any clipping. he he. I suppose I'd better round up my ear plugs. What a good day at the old stereo shop. ------------------ You should of heard just what I've seen.

Soundthought
The grilles mostly. Why? You decide on going with the Reference line? They're really great HT speakers, not too bad for 2 channel, either. Plenty of bang for your buck. ------------------ You should of heard just what I've seen. Dr. Gemini
Must be Classic Stereo. I can't believe that I forgot all about it. I would really liked to have talked to the Klipsch rep. Oh well, maybe next time.

Soundthought
Dr.Gemini, Bummer. You'll have to wait a couple months for the next one. But, guaranteed, he'll be back. Ken, Yep, Yep, and Yep. Can you say Kevlar? We could use some bullet proof grilles. I can't tell you how many times i've accidentally blasted a round off into a speaker. ------------------ You should of heard just what I've seen.
