I was getting ready to take my CF-4's apart so I could extend my horns, just like yours. I couldn't live with myself if my CF-4's didn't have every possible upgrade. The efficiency, the ability to play nice in any room, the bass extension. And they sound pretty good too. I came from the DIY world. These are a crazy deal at $500, or even $1000. There is no way you could duplicate the performance of these for $1k, and I'm pretty darn good at building stuff (or at least, I used to be, before law school). Everybody should be scouring CL for these. Everybody. But mine probably won't every be for sale, so long as they are working.
