DonnaM
I have a set of X11i headphones and the jack needs to be replaced. It's not something that I can do myself. I live in Palm Beach County, Florida. Can anyone tell me who to contact or where I can take them? Radioshack had no idea..,
BasilFawlty
I have the same headphones with the same problem and am sending to this guy (with my fingers crossed). He has good feedback, so we shall see. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Klipsch-S4-S4I-S4A-X7-X7i-X10-X10i-x11i-X4-X4i-R6-R6i-Headphone-Jack-Plug-Repair-/271256564744? BasilFawlty
Update - I just received my Klipsch x11i headphones back from the EBay vendor in previous link. Excellent job and the new jack is much better that the original. Everything works as it should and this jack looks like it will last much longer than the original.
