Vladi
Which one, the rear or the front? Rear is active, front is passive in asealed enclosure, so when the rear goes on excursion, the front goes on incursion Vladi ------------------ Front: RF-3 II Center: RC-3 II Surround: 2 Quintets Subwoofer: RSW-10 Receiver: Sony STR-DA5ES TV: Sony Wega KV-36FV27

boa12
it's a ksw not rsw. may want to check the phase switch see which way sounds better. if you can't tell a dif leave it on 0 degrees. probablt an illusion. it moves out so fast you don't catch it. ------------------ My Home Systems Page
killerbee_vr6
No, it goes in, I cranked it and set it on its side, and the woofer bottoms out *inward* as in sucks in about an inch. No outward motion. I tried reversing the phase both with the switch and internally. ------------------ Gabe '83 La Scala birch raw '93 Chorus II black '94 Forte II oak oil '93 kg3.2 oak oil KSW-15 Ksw-200 SW-
prodj101
maybe a servo deffect. sounds like it's not reversing the current. the way an amp works is the red cord pushes the cone out, and the black pulls it in (could be the other wya around, can't remember). could be that a section of the amp was damaged, or you hooked it up wrong. ------------------ New music system: 2.1 using SF-2's (soon to be RF-7's), and an RSW-15. for amplification Mcintosh MC02105, Sony SACD player. pioneer turntable.
