BARRYBLAND
I just purchased a new home theater system. I am using a Yamaha 430 receiver and the Klipsch Synergy Series speakers which consist of SF-1, SC-1, SS-1 & KSW-10. Now all my components other than my vcr is fully digital both audio & video. What a difference it makes. I know this is the low end of the Klipsch system, but its far superior than my old system I had. I am using s-video cables for the video side and monster digital cables for the audio. Can't think of anything else I need to make it better at this time. Suggestions welcomed. krusty46
Sounds like a nice setup. Congrats. You shouldn't change anything unless your TV accepts Component video inputs. Then I'd use that instead of the S cable. But a lot of TV's don't use them. Enjoy the system. ------------------ Mains: KLF 10's Center: RC-3 (I know--doesn't match mains) Surrounds: Quintets Receiver: Denon 3802 DVD: Denon DVD-900 TV: Sony 36XBR400 VCR: Mitsubishi HS-U48 LaserDisc: Pioneer D605 MIT T2 and T3cables throughout
Kain
Nice home theater! And yeah, I would use component cables if your TV supports them, otherwise, great home theater! ------------------ Coming soon...
