This is important, it was working before. No need to move the sub, change relationship to walls, ect. Generally if it was in a good spot, that won't change even with a different sub. On a couple of my power amps the gain is 3/4 up and on others, not half way. If you can and add addition gain DSP, that is OK. Get an spl meter see how much sound you are getting at the MLP.
